Refund & Returns Policy

Digital Books

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for digital books. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving your download link for a full refund.

To request a refund for a digital book, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the refund request.

Printed Books

Printed books can be returned within 30 days of delivery date, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@mystoryhub.am with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with a return shipping label
  3. Ship the book back using the provided label
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return or approve your refund request. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Personalized books that have been damaged due to customer misuse
  • Digital books downloaded more than 7 days ago
  • Custom orders that have already entered production
  • Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item that doesn't match your order, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it enters production. For digital books, you can cancel anytime before download. For printed books, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible, but you may still return the item per our returns policy.
