By accessing and using MyStoryHub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on MyStoryHub's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. Personalization Services

When you personalize a book, you grant us permission to use the provided information (child's name, age, photo, etc.) solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your personalized book. We do not share this information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you agree to pay the amount shown at checkout. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

Digital books are delivered via email within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Printed books are shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MyStoryHub or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MyStoryHub's website.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on MyStoryHub's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
